These terms apply when you use the Team Bit Flare website ("the site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using the site

The site showcases Team Bit Flare: our hackathon results, projects and team. You're welcome to browse it, share links to it and play the Riddle Room game. Please don't try to disrupt the site, overload it, or access parts of it that aren't meant to be public.

Our content

The text, photos, logo, project descriptions and design of the site belong to Team Bit Flare or are used with permission. Event photos may also show organisers' branding, which belongs to them. You may share links and short quotes with credit; please ask us before reusing photos, the logo or larger parts of the content.

The guestbook

Notes on the chalkboard guestbook are public. When you sign it, you agree to:

• keep it friendly, with no abuse, hate, harassment or adult content;
• post no links, advertising or spam;
• share no one's private information, including your own.

We may remove any note at any time. You can ask us to remove a note you posted.

Contact forms

Please use the contact forms for genuine enquiries only. We aim to reply, but we can't promise a reply to every message.

Accuracy and availability

We try to keep results and project details accurate, but the site is provided "as is", without guarantees. Project descriptions show prototypes built at hackathons, not finished commercial products. The site may change or be unavailable from time to time.

Links to other sites

The site links to Instagram, LinkedIn and other websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Team Bit Flare isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
